How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders over $75. For orders below $75, shipping costs a flat $6.99.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Your order will be delivered to you within 7-21 days.
If you placed a re-order or pre-order, it will be delivered to you within 25 days.
Why does it take SO LONG for my order to arrive?
We work directly with our favorite baby/kids fashion brands from Korea in effort to provide you the lowest price possible, with every item being imported directly from Korea. We are constantly working hard to improve our shipping process, so you can get your order delivered more quickly!
Can I expedite my order/shipment?
We do not currently offer expedited shipping. However, if you require expedited delivery, please email us at email@example.com. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet, but we will! Follow us on social media to be the first to know once we start offering international shipping.
What’s your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 3 days from receipt of merchandise, strictly under these circumstances below:
We ACCEPT return(s) if:
- You received wrong product(s) or incorrect size(s)
- Any of the product(s) you received is defective
We DO NOT ACCEPT returns if:
- You ordered wrong product(s) or incorrect size(s)
- You change your mind for any reason after placing the order(s)
- 3 days have passed since you received your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
How will my refund be handled?
Your original payment will be fully refunded once we confirm the receipt of the returned items. The refund should be processed within 7 business days of when the returned items are successfully delivered - unused and in same condition as you received it, in its original packaging.
Can I cancel my order(s) once it's placed?
We're sorry, but you cannot cancel the order(s) once it's placed since the products are imported-to-order.
Why is my order cancelled after placing the order?
Due to our high volume of orders and the complexity of importing process from Korea, please understand some of our products might go out of stock very quickly; it is not rare to receive an out of stock notice after you place an order. We will issue a full refund on any out of stock items after placing the order.
